Over the years, we have never had a clear cut rule on which players are eligible to play in RSC finals. No coach in my time of playing the game has exploited this rule. But, I do believe we need to have some hard rules before someone tests the waters. Here is my suggestion.
RSC player eligibility rules
A player needs to be
*Under 7/7 in attack/defence rating (PL or RSC contracted). *Any RSC listed player regardless of rating. A player can have an 8 or more in attack or defence from a stat appeal and still be listed as an rsc player for that season. *Any player listed as a 7/7 or higher must have played 9 or more games for the RSC team before the end of the regular season. I can keep good track of this and can reveal those game counts from next round.
What do you think guys? Post your suggestions and we'll create a vote.

I'd support that. I'm not fussy on the rules/ guidelines, but there does need to be some.

Sounds like a lot of extra work for you, Rog, so I vote to just state the rules and stick with an honesty system.

All seem to be on the same page here. I'll stick these rules in the rules page.
Thank you all!
