ASRL CALENDAR, RSC PLAYER POOL PICK UPS AND SEASON START
ASRL TEAMS AND PLAYER POOL.zip (22.38 KB)
I want to give a huge congratulations to all coaches for such a successful player pool auction. While I had to fill one team worth of 8 stat players at the end of the auction, the rest of the teams look very strong in different ways.
On with the future. I have included an off season calendar below.
3/9/2022 = Release of team guides and player pool. Please check your guides for any inaccuracies. If thee are any, please post it in the files thread and I'll fix it ASAP. Also, start to post your contracts for players in your Premier League squad. You will not be able to play in the first round until this is done. RSC squad will not need to be finalised by Round 1. Feel free to dump any players from your RSC squad that you won't need for the upcoming season.
5/9/2022 at 8pm (QLD time) = RSC Player Pool pick ups. From 8pm, you are permitted to pick 1 player which is a 7/6 or 6/7 stat player or lower from the player pool for your RSC team. Remember that you can have no more than 30 players in your RSC team so you may have to drop a player at the same time in the same post to prevent going over the squad limit.
6/9/2022 at 8pm (QLD time) = RSC Player Pool pick ups. From 8pm, you are permitted to pick 1 player which is a 7/6 or 6/7 stat player or lower from the player pool for your RSC team. Remember that you can have no more than 30 players in your RSC team so you may have to drop a player at the same time in the same post to prevent going over the squad limit.
7/9/2022 at 8pm (QLD time) = RSC Player Pool pick ups. I have made a change to the draft procedure from this day. From 8pm, you are permitted to pick an unlimited amount of players for your 30 man squad BUT you have to pick them on one post at a time with one player being picked at a time which is a 7/6 or 6/7 stat player or lower from the player pool for your RSC team. You cannot pick a bulk list of players as per previous years as I feel it is not fair to do so. Whoever picks a player first gets that player. I realise that it is a quickest finger first type selection....but it is still fairer than the person who posts a big list of players at one time. Remember that you can have no more than 30 players in your RSC team so you may have to drop a player at the same time in the same post to prevent going over the squad limit.
9/9/2022
*Premier League contracts are due and finalised on this day. Your Round 1 game will not be played until your PL contracts are finalised. You can still play RSC if that list is not finalised.
*Round One orders are due on 10pm.
SUBMISSION OF ORDERS
Orders will be due every Friday at 10pm. I know we have busy lives and sometimes we'll be late with submitting orders. But if you want to ensure that games will be played in a timely manner, try to stick to the deadline. I will make a guarantee that I will play games with your exact orders if you hand them in BEFORE the 10pm deadline.
I will generally give people a day's grace (Saturday) to hand orders in if they are running late. This will not always be the case. If Im away for a whole weekend which is rare, I will have to play your games without your orders. I try not to do that though.
If you don't hand your forms in on that Saturday, 9 times out of ten, I will play every game on that Sunday morning with or without orders. Im out a lot watching UFC at the pub on those day and am not in the mood usually to sim games when I get back home. Regardless, I like to take it real easy on a Sunday.
Orders are to be sent to asrlmatters@gmail.com
RERATES
Re-rates will be open once the last game of Round One has been played. If you feel your players deserves a change of rating. you can state your case.
