Player Re-Rate Notification

In regard to player re-rates, if a player's re-rate is finalized BEFORE the orders cut-off date and time, the players decided rating will be amended for that fixture. 

If a player's rating is finalized AFTER the orders cut-off date and time, the amended stats will apply from the following week's fixtures.
