The man has had a great year for leads, filling in in the halves and hooker when need be. Probably Leeds best player this year.
Currently 7/8.
Rhyse has been a gun in the second row for the Rhinos this season with his 181 metres in the grand final and 156 metres in the semi final against Castleford an example of what he is capable of. He is not just a smash it up second rower either. He has ball skills as well.
24 matches 51 tackle busts 8 tries 7 clean breaks 4 try assists 2391 metres (obviously this would be much higher if he hadn't been filling in at hooker or half in a number of games)
In defence he has 522 tackles (21.75 a game) with just 41 missed so he is very solid in that department.
Currently Martin has broken the ESL record for most consecutive goals in that he is now sitting on 38 goals in a row without a miss.
I think 8/7/6/10/7 is where he is.

Im okay with the 8 for attack....Martin at his best has always been better with the ball than without. Im very good with the 10 goalkicking as well. I think he is the best pure goalkicker in the code. Where I have an issue is the defensive rating for him. While his completion percentage is decent, he does very little work for a backrower. I know he has filled in at centre at times but despite that, 21 tackles a game over the season is six territory for me, particulary for his primary position as a backrower. Filling in for hooker, you'd think that would pump his tackle stats right up.....but it hasn't.
